Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items must remain new and unused with all original tags and labels attached.

Items must be unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed.

Underwear, sportswear, and hats cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Shoes must be tried on indoors only and must not show any wear.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 1–3 business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund total.
