Do not apply on irritated or sunburnt skin. For sensitive skin, please test on another area of your body. Discontinue use should irritation occur. For hygiene reasons, this product is non-returnable once it has been opened.
You must submit the return request within 30 days of your package being delivered. No returns made after 30 days from the date of receiving the item(s) will be accepted. Meanwhile, we will process all returns and refunds in 3 business days once we receive the return item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (cannot be removed), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@worryhat.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.
